Camelot Series
EXTERIOR FEATURES
1. Architecturally selected and colour coordinated clay brick. Precast stone detailing as per model elevations.
2. Self sealing asphalt shingles as applicable to house type and lot type, as incorporated into comprehensive colour scheme as selected by Purchaser.
3. Pre-finished aluminum soffits, fascia, eaves trough and downspouts, maintenance free. Colour as applicable to colour scheme selected by Purchaser.
4. Insulated metal front door(s) with matching sidelights as applicable to model type and elevation and glass door inserts.
5. Exterior entry package including antique brass plated grip set(s) and light fixture(s).
6. Vinyl casement windows on all elevations with thermo-glass in basement.
7. PVC windows all around the house. All operable windows to have screens.
8. Light fixtures to all exterior doors.
9. Exterior garden doors on rear elevations (as per plan).
10. Painted sectional roll-up cladwood garage door(s) with decorative inserts and one automatic door opener.
11. Three exterior weatherproof electrical duplex outlets. One at rear, in garage and at front door.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

INTERIOR FINISHING FEATURES
1. Natural finished oak staircases from first to second floor and main floor to basement with finished carpeted landing area.
2. Natural finished oversized oak pickets to stairs complete with oak handrails to all staircase.
3. Colonial 800 or classique series doors throughout (unless shown otherwise).
4. Top quality wood trim (2 3/4" casings, 4 1/4" baseboards) around all windows and door openings. All trim to be painted white.
5. Brass plated ball or lever interior door handles all as selected by Purchaser from Vendor's samples displayed.
6. Quality kitchen cabinets and vanities. Purchasers choice from a selection of styles, materials and colours.
7. Granite kitchen counter tops.
8. Full width mirrors over all vanities.
9. Ceramic tiles to walls of all standard bathtub enclosures or tiled showers (as applicable) to full height of tub enclosure (ceiling not included).
10. Imported 13" x 13" ceramic flooring from Vendors samples to vestibule, foyer, hall, kitchen, dinette and all bathrooms including main floor laundry rooms as shown for each model type.
11. Stippled finish to all first and second floor ceilings, except kitchen, washrooms and laundry rooms as applicable to model type.
12. All trim to be painted white throughout with 4" smooth border.
13. Interior walls (excluding basement and garage) to be decorated in flat latex paint. One coat primer and one final coat. Choice of two colour selections per house. Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and wood trim finish in semi-gloss. One coat primer and one coat finish.
14. Choice of pre-finished strip flooring or 40 oz. high quality broadloom including chip foam underpad on all non-tiles areas (two colour choices).
15. All entrance closets to have mirror sliding doors.
