I wanted your management to know what a great job their staff is doing. From the moment I walked into the sales office of the Kleinburg Greens, Frank was very helpful in helping us decide on which house to purchase and was one of the biggest reasons we decided to go with Royalpark. Even after the sale was complete and we were waiting for possession he was helpful with keeping us aware of anything that we asked. After we took possession of the house I was very afraid of many things that could be wrong, but the house was very well built and only had very minor things to deal with. All of the tradespeople we encountered, the security people and even "Backhoe Joe" were always personable and helpful. We'd also like to mention how accommodating everyone was about changing closing dates as we had not sold our existing home as quickly as we had hoped.
