I would like this note brought to the attention of Royalpark's top management, if you could. I think you've created the most beautiful subdivision I've ever seen when you created Simcoe Shores! You can see the difference immediately when you stand anywhere here and look around to see the mature forest towering over the new homes. Then you take a few steps to the path in the nature reserve to begin the short walk to the beach. The air is sweet and cool even on a hot day like today. And the beach is heaven. Even when you choose to walk down one of the streets you are treated to homes that are unique, each one featuring an attention to design detail and level of finish that is a real treat. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am to be lucky enough to live in this neighbourhood. You are all to be congratulated for conceiving and executing a vision that in reality exceeds anything our minds could have conjured. And at prices that the average family can afford!! Good job, Royalpark!!!!
